Weekly Club Meetings

The Rotary Club of Red Bank, NJ meets for lunch each Thursday at Noon at the Molly Pitcher Inn, 88 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank.

Meetings begin with a flag salute and a nondenominational prayer. During lunch Rotarians and their guests enjoy fellowship.

Brief announcements and reports on Club activities begin at 12:45 and are often interspersed with good-natured asides, recognition of birthdays, anniversaries, and sharing of good news and sad news.

At 1:00 PM the main program begins and generally consists of entertaining, informative and sometimes controversial topics provided by speakers with expertise in the field. Once each quarter a Club Assembly is scheduled with the program devoted to an extended reporting and discussion of Club activities and plans.

All members of Rotary Clubs are required to attend at least 60% of the club meetings (approximately 35 meetings). While away on vacation or business, you are encouraged to "make-up" at the local Rotary club. A traditional 'Banner Exchange' is customary.

We also encourage our members to become part of deferent committees and work our events. Make-ups are also given on these occasions.

Meetings adjourn promptly at 1:30 PM.

EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH MEMBERSHIP

There are several fees associated with being a member of the Red Bank Rotary Club. The following list is not meant to be conclusive, but does represent a majority of the expenses:

Initiation Fee: $100.00 (one time fee)

Yearly Dues: $350.00 (includes one nontransferable ticket to the Club Installation Dinner and Club Picnic)

Weekly Lunch Cost: $20.00
